yeaah , today was my second day trainning with SJRC MONSTER . wow penat gilaa doe , dah la wake up on 8.00 am , wahh , tapi trainning die okay laa :D best best , brade brade kat sana pon baik diaorang ajar kalau ade salah , well ada laa improvement trainning dgn diaorang , side-step , agility , and sprinting haha , coach : CAPO ROD die baik gile doe haha , then ada lagi coah coah yang lain , the next training with diaorang is on monday which is tomorrow at 4.30 p.m :D and then this tuesday is our big day (for players yg stiill schooling) sebab ada KLINIK RUGBY with former world cup player Scott Quinell (Wales), former Rugby world cup winners - Will Greenwood (England) & Owen Finnegan (Australia) haha , coach kate siap dapat baju and bola free lagi haha , i hope bila dah habes SPM bole la main for this club , and all the best for player that enters the ALUMNI LEAUGE haha ,

anybody mom or dad bole sponser my projek sem ? aiyooo , i need to cari a sponser laa , ingatkan senang nak cari sponser eventually SUSAH GILE BABI ! haha , masuk kedai ni kene halau masuk kedai tu pon kene halau , haih penat penat , dengan kene membebel dgn cikgu aminn =.= adoiiyaii mnyesal group sem dgn die haha *jgn bgtau die pulakk haha , so anybody yang nak DAPAT PAHALA YANG BERLIPAT GANDA do sponser kteorang haha
